Salem Fields Community Church is proud to be an official host church for
Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation on February 8, 2019!


Salem Fields is incredibly excited to once again be hosting NIGHT to SHINE, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older.

On one night, February 8, 2019, Salem Fields Community Church along with more than 500 churches from around the world will come together to host Night to Shine for approximately 90,000 honored guests through the support of 175,000 volunteers!

Registrations for 125 guests and volunteer opportunities will open November 9th, 2018.

Guest Waiting List Form

Thank you for your interest in attending Night to Shine 2019! Guest registration is now closed, however, should any registrations open up, we will call those on this waiting list.

You may also DOWNLOAD THIS FORM to fill out and deliver to SFCC.

This form is to be completed for each guest registering to attend the Night To Shine Prom on February 8, 2019. Please complete this form to help us know more about the guest attending and to make sure the Night to Shine is a great experience for them..

  • We welcome guests with special needs, age 14 and older.
  • Dress for the evening is semi-formal or formal attire.
  • A respite lounge for parents/caretaker will be available for the evening. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be enjoying this opportunity.
  • Each guest will be partnered with a trained “buddy” for the evening. If you wish to provide your own buddy, they must attend a mandatory training session (date and time to be announced soon) and complete a background check. They must also register as a volunteer here.
  • Guests must register to attend. If you register and are unable to attend the event, you agree to notify Salem Fields Community Church (540.786.6212) as soon as possible so others might be able to participate.
  • Space is limited; be sure to reserve your spot today! (Once we reach capacity, we will continue to take wait list registrations.)

Please include if your guest has special sensitivities to touch, sound, lights, movement, etc. If none, simply enter NONE.
Please list any food, environmental (latex, chemicals, etc.), hair/makeup products, etc. If none, simply enter NONE.
Please include if your guest needs assistance eating or special food preparation (food cut-up, gluten free, etc.). If none, simply enter NONE.
Please note that the church, their staff and volunteers are not responsible for administering medication to guests during the Night to Shine event. If medication is required during the event, a parent or caretaker MUST be available to administer the medication.

The Respite Lounge is a private area where parents/caretakers of guests can spend the evening enjoying food, entertainment and rest while remaining onsite during the event.

By selecting "I agree", and for the good and valuable consideration of participating in an event hosted by Salem Fields Community Church, and sponsored in part by or associated with the Tim Tebow Foundation, I hereby give my full consent to Tim Tebow Foundation, Inc., (“TTF”) a Georgia nonprofit corporation headquartered in Florida and Salem Fields Community Church (“SFCC”), a Virginia nonprofit corporation, to record, by writing, by video, photographic, or audio recording device, or by any other analog or digital means, my actions, physical likeness, biographical information, and/or voice. Additionally, I hereby grant to TTF and SFCC, without royalty or other compensation now or in the future, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever, in perpetuity, in and to any and all such recordings, along with any additional recordings I might provide to TTF and SFCC, and to any benefits inuring to TTF and SFCC as a result of its use of any of the foregoing recordings. Among other things, TTF and SFCC may, but are not required to, copy or reproduce the recording, edit or modify it, incorporate it into another work, display or broadcast it or any of the foregoing privately or publicly, and use or license it or any of the foregoing for use by others, all for the sole benefit and at the sole discretion of TTF and SFCC, for the advancement of TTF and SFCC’s exempt charitable purposes. All permissions granted herein extend to any successor or assign of TTF and SFCC and bind me and my heirs, successors, and assigns. I, hereby release and discharge and agree to hold harmless TTF and SFCC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and independent contractors, from any and all claims or damages, including but not limited to defamation or violation of rights of privacy or publicity, arising from or associated with the recordings or use of recordings. This release shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, and should any provision of this release be determined invalid, such invalidity does not affect any of the remaining provisions. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name or I am the legal parent or guardian for the volunteer.
