Hope Offering for Haiti

In an effort to Keep Hope Alive in the nation of Haiti following this week’s devastating earthquake, SFCC will receive a special offering for Haiti in this weekend’s worship venues.  100% of the funds given in this offering will be sent to Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, a reputable organization that will use the funds to purchase water, rice, and beans to the survivors of the disaster.  Just $10 can provide many food and water rations for the people of Haiti.  Perhaps God would have you give $10 for each member of your family as you give the gift of hope to people who have lost so much.  Thank you in advance for fighting poverty and injustice in Haiti.

$13,950 was received in the Hope Offering for Haiti. All of these funds will be used to purchase rice, beans, and water for the survivors of last week’s earthquake. Thank you for helping to Keep Hope Alive in the face of terrible poverty and injustice!

If you would like to do more to help the people of Haiti, the following supplies will be received at SFCC through Sunday, February 14. Bring them by the Guest Services desk in the Main Lobby anytime between now and the 14th, and SFCC’s Global Outreach Ministry will see to it that each donation is sent to Haiti:
